Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) has a core of rigid PVC bonded with a laminate of thin aluminium on both sides. This material is very stable in different temperatures and just like aluminium lends itself to being folded to create a tray sign with returns. ACM is pre-finished and is available in many standard colours. As the base cost of the material is less than aluminium and it doesn’t have to undergo the powder coating process; it can work out remarkably cheaper than an aluminium tray.

When folding sheet material to form returns; it creates a rigid flat, display area. The finished panel is ready to accept the sign graphics, these could be three dimensional letters, pre-spaced vinyl graphics or a printed image.
